The legend of “The Flower and the Bee” or in Galician “A Flor e a Abella” was born in the hills of Gomariz. A wine line that embodies the deep connection with the region's nature. The Sousón is the essence of this landscape, captured in every sip.

Tasting note
Vivid ruby red Intense aromas of blackcurrants, cherry stones and licorice are complemented by notes of cola and black pepper. Sharply focused aromas of dark berries are enhanced by a smoky minerality and a recurring peppery note. With ventilation, it opens slowly and takes on a floral quality that continues in a long, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, Iberian pork, including Iberian ham. Grilled octopus (Pulpo a la gallega).
Vinification
Selection in the field. Harvest by hand in 18 kg plastic boxes. Sorting table is used. Low-temperature skin-contact maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Using yeast. Regular pumping and cutting is carried out. 4 months aging in barriques. Rounding the wine until bottling. Bottled on Fruit Day in February 2023.
