Tasting note
Aromas of green apples and pears spring out of the glass, interspersed with pineapple and grapefruit. The palate is followed by apple and lime notes with a creamy texture and a fresh finish with citrus aromas.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve the aromas and freshness. They are then destemmed, crushed and pressed directly without contact with the shell. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters, with 8% of the juice being fermented in oak barrels. The wine ages on fine lees for 100 days and then blended.
