Tasting note
The Butcher Cuvée Weiss is a composition of 60% Grüner Veltliner, 30% Welschriesling and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, aged for six months in steel tanks. Inviting bouquet with aromas of juicy pears, apricots and some lime, surrounded by fine floral notes. On the palate, showing nice freshness, juicy, with meltness and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderfully tasty aperitif wine, with snacks, various fish dishes (preferably freshwater fish), but also with subtly spicy Asian cuisine.
