Sparkling garnet red - beguiling nose with lots of red berry fruit, floral and herbal tones and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, too, the focus is on the clear fruit of raspberries, strawberries, cranberries and juicy ripe cherries, wonderfully complemented by the herbal spice and noble wood tones, which remain elegant in the background. When young, the juicy acidity gives this great red wine plenty of drinking flow while the fine tannins provide a touch of “grip” on the palate. 55% Grenache Noir, 33% Shiraz and 12% Cinsault.
