About the wine

Born in Munich, Dominik Huber traveled to Priory in the mid-1990s to learn Spanish. The wildly romantic area immediately captivated him. He emigrated, completed several internships with winemakers in the region and founded his own biodynamic winery in 2001. Today, with Terroir al Límit, he is part of the Spanish wine masterclass. Dominik makes wines that are fresh and delicate and differ significantly from the usual Spanish muscle packs. He made this decision based on his passion for Mediterranean cuisine: “To accompany these dishes — with their delicate and authentic taste — our wines must be light and transparent.” So if you're still looking for the perfect wine to top off your Mediterranean cooking skills, here it is!
