Vinification
Based on extensive expertise and exclusive connections, Dehours has created an exquisite selection of cuvées from grapes from various terroirs in the immediate vicinity. Cuvée 21 is based on vintage 21 with 20% reserve wines from 2019. The dosage is very low and is just 2.3 gr/l (Extra Brut).
