Tasting note
The fragrance spectrum of spices has a complex aroma structure and plenty of potential for enjoyment. The dominant shades of black berries, marmalade and cinnamon create their individual texture. Heavy body and dominant acidity result in red wine, which shows plenty of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with game, grilled meat or spicy cheeses.
