Tasting note
The nose reveals lots of fruit (cherry, plum, raspberry) as well as subtle floral and spicy notes. The taste on the palate is sweet, accompanied by refreshing fruit. This is how this Merlot is presented even in the rather long aftertaste.

Goes well with charcuterie, rösti, veal shank, ossobuco di vitello, beef shank, ossobuco di manzo, roast pork, saffron risotto, veal sausage.
