About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this dominant Chardonnay 2015 — Terre di Tufi Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOC! The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Teruzzi & Puthod conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with truffles or soft cheese.

Tasting note
Intense yellow Floral-fruity bouquet, clearly reminiscent of white flowers and limes, nuances of exotic fruits and vanilla as well as subtle roasted aromas are also recognizable. Full and soft palate, characterized by citrus notes, white pepper and sweet roasted aromas. Tasty filling with a medium-length finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Vitello tonnato, vegetable terrines and grilled fish.
Vinification
After harvesting in September, the must is fermented in steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for four to five months in French barriques (30% new and the rest used once).
