Tasting note
On the nose, it shows aromas of dried dark forest fruits with beautiful roasted aromas of vanilla. On the palate, it is full and juicy, has pleasant fruit and velvety tannins. A wine for many moments.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
25% aged in barriques for 3 months, the rest in steel tanks.
