Tasting note
Clear, grey-gold color, medium-density color. Fresh, ripe-fruity bouquet, yellow stone fruits, mirabelles, compote-like, earthy mineral note, slightly nutty touch in the finale. Very long start, strong yet elegant on the palate, balanced acidity, nice, aromatic, slightly bitter presence, distinctive minerality. Aromatic, crunchy drinking experience.

Goes well with aperitif riche, sushi, appetizers, saltimbocca, fried or grilled fish.
