Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with persistent perlage. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, almonds and green apples. Lively on the palate, with pleasant acidity. Dry, delicate and elegant, with a long aftertaste. A first-class prosecco!
Culinary recommendation
Not only an excellent aperitif wine, but also a great accompaniment to an entire meal. It goes very well with delicious fish dishes such as cod or smoked sardines.
