Tasting note
The bouquet shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The dominant nuances of raspberry and cranberries shape their individual texture. A red wine with a medium-bodied and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate. This top wine received the award: 93 Parker points.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: Now until 2027. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with red meat, game dishes and turkey.
