About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Sella & Mosca is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque countryside of Sardinia. With the first-class Terre Bianche Cuvee 161 Alghero DOC, which was produced in 2016, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow. Elegant nose with notes of ripe yellow fruits, pears and bergamot, wrapped in fine minerality. Fresh, dense on the palate, with a melting texture, rich in finesse and juicy fruit and spice. Long finish, worn by elegant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans and marine fish.
Vinification
The Torbato variety (aka Malvoisie de Roussillon) is only cultivated by Sella & Mosca throughout Sardinia. For optimal aroma yield, the slightly crushed grapes are mashed for a short period of time. The must is then fermented and aged in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
