Tasting note
The Tempore Terrae Mas de Aranda is a real treat for all Spanish wine lovers. The aromas of blackberry jam, cherries, rose hips and raspberries combine to create a harmonious taste experience. The marjoram gives the wine a pleasant spice and creates great tension in the mouth. The fine-grained tannin gives the wine a pleasant structure and the velvety finish perfectly rounds off the taste experience.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect accompaniment to the intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes — whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ pieces, poultry or fish. It goes well with soft cheese — from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
Vinification
