About the wine
Treat yourself to the senses with the delicious Terra do Zambujeiro Branco from 2016! The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta da Zambujeiro is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and sunny Alentejo countryside.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine shimmers with bright gold and gives off a lovely scent of tropical fruits, flowers, mint, toast and vanilla. Very full on the palate with subtle creaminess, dense structure and refreshing, soft acidity. Very long-lasting with a wealth of aromas. Dry A classic white for special moments. Wonderful with poultry, fish, terrines, vegetarian dishes such as grilled vegetables or simply by yourself. Stored in a cool place (max. 15°C), the white terra can be kept for several years and will also become a bit more complex.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 7°-9°C.
Vinification
A classic from barriques. Made from Chardonnay and the three autochthonous Portuguese white grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto and Rouperio. Harvested by hand and carefully pressed. Cool, slow fermentation at 16°C and 10-month aging in 300-liter French barriques (30% of them new). No fines (no animal proteins).
