Tasting note
Deep and dark purple. On the nose, intense aromas of black fruits and spices complemented with floral nuances. Great structure on the palate, silky tannins combined with wonderful notes of plums and plums. Long and balanced aftertaste with a little chocolate and vanilla in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with lamb, beef and game.
Vinification
Ageing in oak barriques for 14 months.
