About the wine
Agricola Romanelli is located in Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria's most important wine-growing region. Here, the Romanelli family cultivates vineyards and olive groves on the San Clemente hill. Wine production focuses on traditional varieties such as Grechetto and Sagrantino.

Tasting note
The typical notes of the grape variety - blackberry, cherry, plum - are accompanied by balsamic tones and slightly spicy notes. It is an energetic, deep and elegant wine, with excellent structure and surprising freshness. Thanks to these properties, it is also suitable for long maturation.

Goes well with barbecues, salsiccia, polenta, ossobuco
Vinification
The wine ages in oak barrels of various sizes for 2 years and then remains in the bottle for at least 12 months before it is sold.
