About the wine
Treat yourself and your guests to the senses with the fine Teroldego Rotaliano DOC from 2016! Picturesque and fertile Trentino landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Dorigati conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.
Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, aromas of red berries and a certain earthiness, plus ethereal notes. Light, dry on the palate, with lively acidity and soft tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, roasts, aged cheeses.
Vinification
Stay on the mash for a long time, then aging in small wooden barrels for 12 months and in the bottle for 6 months.
