About the wine
The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With continuous quality research, the family has won an important position among the wineries and wineries in Salento and has been able to assert itself permanently on foreign markets. Tasting note
Dark cherry red. Wide range of aromas (blackberries, elderberries). On the palate, complex fruit, powerful and rich with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta such as Apulian “orecchiette”, pizza, grilled meat, rabbit, game and lamb. Harmonious with ripe pecorino.
