About the wine
The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With continuous quality research, the family has won an important position for the company among the wineries and wineries of Salento and has been able to assert itself permanently on foreign markets. Tasting note
Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Wild and impetuous on the nose. black cherry, cassis and mint. laurel, cumin and sage. A whiff of rhubarb. Rich and soft With an impressive structure, remarkable tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta such as Apulian “orecchiette”, pizza, grilled meats, roasts, rabbits, game and lamb. Harmonious with ripe pecorino.
