About the wine
The origins of the Di Camillo family began in the municipality of Castelfrentano. Notarial documents show that the family had their own vines as winemakers since 1887. The marketing of wines began at the beginning of the 20th century. After the war, a new winery was built in the center of the village of Poggiofiorito. The progressive modernization of the plants and the success with the wines enable the family to sell their wines all over the world. Today, the company is run by the 5th and 6th generations and is characterized by perfection and innovation.

Tasting note
Beautiful cherry red with purple tones. Intense aroma of spices and ripe fruit, incense and leather nuances. Complex in taste, full-bodied, powerful with notes of plums and cloves.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, salsiccia, polenta, ossobuco.
Vinification
Aged in barriques for 12 to 18 months.
