About the wine
The origins of the Di Camillo family began in the municipality of Castelfrentano. Notarial documents show that the family had their own vines as winemakers since 1887. The marketing of wines began at the beginning of the 20th century. After the war, a new winery was built in the center of the village of Poggiofiorito. The progressive modernization of the plants and the success with the wines enable the family to sell their wines all over the world. Today, the company is run by the 5th and 6th generations and is characterized by perfection and innovation.

Tasting note
The wine has a straw yellow color with golden nuances. It is fruity, mineral and rich. Fresh aromas of lemon and green apple are rounded off with a delicate scent of peach and acacia.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, cheese, grilled fish and sushi, vitello tonnato, veal.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by controlled fermentation.
