Tasting note
Ruby red color with purple reflections. Intense bouquet of red berries, some toffee and eucalyptus from wood aging. Soft at the start, with toasty and spicy aromas on the palate. Good tannin structure, great balance and very long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, tapas, pasta with tomato sauce and medium-aged cheeses. Its balanced structure makes it a versatile companion for various dishes.
Vinification
An 8-day alcoholic fermentation is followed by maceration with skin contact for 4 days. The wine ages in American oak barrels for 9 months.
