Tasting note
Fruity with intense aromas of elderberry and blackberry jelly. The short aging in wood is marked by a fine vanilla and mocha note. Mint and white pepper add a pinch of spice. With lots of fruit in the taste and well-packaged tannins, it is perfect for uncomplicated enjoyment.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb fillet with herb jus, crispy chicken, mussels au gratin, paella, stews with legumes.
Vinification
