Tasting note
The Zinio Crianza is a clear garnet red in the glass. On the nose, a fascinating bouquet unfolds, characterized by ripe berries. These aromas are perfectly integrated and give the wine a harmonious depth. Aging in American barrels also reveals characteristic roasted aromas that are reminiscent of seductive and warm notes of vanilla and coconut.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent accompaniment to pasta dishes — whether with tagliatelle al ragù, spaghetti al limone or other creations. It goes well with soft cheese — from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
Vinification
After careful selection, the Tempranillo grapes are aged in American barriques for 12 months. The wine is then aged in the bottle for a further 12 months before the Crianza is launched on the market.
