Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections This is a mutant of the red Tempranillo vine, a Rioja specialty. The scent is invitingly floral, with refreshing verveine, pineapple and citrus notes, a touch of exoticism. Clear and very juicy on the palate, with a medium-bodied aroma and lively, fresh on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif, fish and seafood and sushi.
