Tasting note
Cuvée of 65% Welschriesling and 35% Chardonnay, aged in wood for around 28 months. The bouquet features aromas of candied citrus fruits, yellow peaches, dried apricots and juicy pears, framed with notes of spring honey, dried flowers and a touch of vanillin and coconut. On the palate, with a great balance of inviting fruit sweetness and well-supporting acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with classic cardinal cuts, with apricot dumplings, or even foie gras terrine with brioche and fleur de sel.
