Tasting note
Warm mahogany to copper red with bright golden rim. Elegant, intense and very delicate with notes of rum raisins, cloves, nutmeg and a hint of freshly crushed black pepper. Plums, quinces and apricots dance on the palate, lemon and orange peels revive the sumptuous abundance with fragrant sour drinks. Balanced, fresh and lively with an almost endless aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crème brulée or fruit jelly.
