Tasting note
An exceptionally fine tawny, elegant and soft, it combines delicate wood notes and sweet fruit.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with a good piece of brie cheese and desserts with mocha or almonds. Serve slightly chilled.
Vinification
Like any tawny, the 10-year-old port wine is a blend, in this case of port wines that have been aged in barrels for an average of 10 years. The port wine is now ready to drink, but can also be stored for years and can also be kept in the open bottle for a few months without noticeable loss of quality.
