About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Caggiano masters this red wine in the fertile and picturesque countryside of Campania. We have a special, outstanding red wine from 2013 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Aglianico with beef tartare or leek vegetables.
Tasting note
Pure Aglianico from Campania, like the big and better-known brother Taurasi, but lighter, fruitier and ready to drink earlier. Distinctive aroma with notes of red and black berries. The taste is juicy, powerful, with noticeable tannins and a peppery-spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, hard cheese, charcuterie and tripe.
