Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with garnet shimmer. Notes of cherry and sour cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla and anise. Full and balanced on the palate with sweet and soft tannins that give it good aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, beef, roasts, poultry
Vinification
Aged in barriques for 18 months. Then stay in the bottle for at least nine months.
