The Cesari family has been one of the Sangiovese specialists in the area since the winery was founded in 1965.

Tasting note
Dense dark wood Fresh and spicy reminiscent of a mix of cherries and ripe fruit. Good structure, full-bodied, spicy with aromas of ripe fruit. TAULETO is the result of quality and perfect execution.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat and pot roast
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and wilted briefly. Aging in barriques (Allier and Troncais) then aged in the bottle for 6 months.
