About the wine
Tatu is the nickname of Angelo, the second son of Cosimo and Maria Teresa. A Primitivo with 10% Aglianico, with a strong and decisive character.

Tasting note
Aromas of ripe red fruits with pleasant spicy notes. Balanced, spicy with a nice finish, it has a strong and decisive character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with first courses with meat sauces, seasoned meats, game, aged and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French tonneaux for at least 3 months.
