Tasting note
Gold-colored glass with green reflections and lively perlage. Typical, intense aromas of Chardonnay grapes such as brioche, paired with the scent of acacia and linden flowers. On the palate, there are hints of almonds and lightly roasted nuts. The whole is underscored by a mineral-silky elegance, which makes this champagne one of the highest class.

Goes well with apero or fine seafood, oysters, caviar or fine goat cheese.
