Goes well with hard cheeses, seafood.
Vinification
Handpicked and immediately cooled, the grapes were pressed with a pneumatic press after 24 hours. 70% of the wine is fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels and left on the yeast, the rest in steel tanks. The wine is then stored in barrels for eight months.
