Beautiful bitter orange marmalade color Beguiling aromas of dried apricots, honey, orange peel and a light culinary herb flavor. This wine reveals a wonderfully structured complexity with a touch of tannins. Its structured complexity is truly compelling.
Vinification
After fermentation in Qvervi amphoras, the pomace hat begins to circulate. After completion, biological acid degradation takes place. The wine is then pressed and transferred to new qvervi or barriques for maturation. The kisi is destemmed and fermented in steel tanks.
