Tasting note
Purple red with purple reflections. Distinct aromas of black cherry, black currant and spices such as pepper and cedarwood. Balanced and powerful, full-bodied with a persistent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled vegetables and light meat dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 10 days maceration on the skins. 8 months in oak barrels and steel tanks.
