Tasting note
Powerful and elegant red wine from Sicily. On the nose, aromas of ripe dark berries, plums, spices and fine balsamic notes. The palate is full-bodied, complex and balanced with dense fruit, well-integrated tannins and a long, spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef, lamb, game dishes or mature cheese. Also ideal with Mediterranean cuisine with strong aromas.
