About the wine
The distinctive red wine 2017 — Talò Negroamaro Salento IGP is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Blooming and sunny landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine San Marzano conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Negroamaro with pasta bolognese or ravioli.

Tasting note
Color: purple with purple-black reflections. Aroma: Spicy notes of blackcurrants and cherries, accompanied by balsamic notes and a touch of vanilla. Character: Full-bodied, velvety and harmonious on the palate. Long and tasty aftertaste.

Goes well with hearty starters, various meat dishes and mature cheese.
Vinification
Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.
