About the wine
The red top cuvée from Kellerei Bozen. Complex, clear on the nose, with notes of raspberries, cassis, blueberries, dark plums, subtle cardamom, dried mint, cocoa, some graphite and subtle licorice. On the palate, complex, elegant, structured, rich in finesse, with fine tannins and a long-lasting, aromatic finish. Decant in advance.
