Tasting note
The Blanc de Noir has a delicate scent of violets and fresh wild berries paired with lively freshness and noticeable warmth. A great representative of our region, who is an ideal accompaniment to both an aperitif and a variety of dishes.

Vinification
10% of the Syydebändel Pinot Noir Sélection is extracted from the red wine as a saignée and processed into a white wine. The expansion takes place in steel tanks.
