Syrah 2019 - Stark-Condé

Deep dark purple - intense nose of ripe red and black berries, licorice, white pepper and floral notes of violet. Since last year, Syrah has been fermented with 1% Viognier and Roussanne each, which is a widely used method in the northern Rhône to give the wine an elegant florality on the one hand and tannins of a very fine texture on the other. On the palate, too, this wine impresses with complex fruit aromas, a pleasant mouthfeel and a nice length.
