About the wine
La Belle Angèle Syrah embodies powerful elegance and the character of southern French terroirs. The grapes come from soils rich in granite and slate, which gives the cuvée structure and expression. The Syrah grape variety produces complex, profound red wines with fine tannins. Ideal with lamb, aged cheese or dark chocolate.

Vinification
The vinification involves a short maceration of 6 to 10 days, supplemented by a warm pre-fermentation maceration to extract color and aromas. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months to preserve the fruit and freshness.
