With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Charles Bonvin Fils ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. With the fine Syrah, which was produced in 2014, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Dark-spicy, wild and powerful in its aroma, this Syrah presents itself with pepper, licorice, juniper, leather and black olive. Blackberries, mulberries and cassis complement the aroma spectrum together with floral accents. On the palate, the wine appears dense and muscular with an intense, fruity-spicy taste. It is worth carafing the wine one to two hours before serving.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, beef, grilled dishes or strong cheeses.
Vinification
E Grapes are harvested manually and gently fermented, followed by aging in barriques to intensify the aromas.
