Vinification
The Syrah ZOGO is deliberately only produced in steel tanks so that it brings out its fruity qualities. The controlled fermentation temperature results in a distinctive, flavorful wine with a subtle alcohol content. Its versatility is fun, simply brilliant for every day. Sensational when drunk cool on warm days. Acidity: 5.7 g/l; residual sugar: 19.5g/l.
