About the wine
Badet Clément & Cie. Family Business Oenologist Catherine Delaunay-Favre is responsible for the beautiful Les Jamelles line. Their wines are very typical of the variety and full of character, yet consumer-friendly, but at the same time perfectly reflect the terroir in which they grew. Languedoc. Vin de Pays d'Oc. This Syrah is the best proof of that. The grapes come from the Nîmes, Béziers and Vallée de l'Aude near Carcassonne.

Tasting note
A light, fruity, balanced ruby red wine with an intense berry bouquet (blackberry, cassis), complemented by aromas of cherry and plum and some spicy vanilla notes. The fruit aroma is also very present on the palate with a slight initial sweetness, supported by a soft, full and incredibly harmonious structure.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Syrah Vin de Pays d'Oc passt perfekt zu Barbecue, geröstetem Gemüse und Wild. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C.
