About the wine
One of the most popular allochthonous varieties, which produces great quality wines in our country. Syrah Desertico Mandrarossa is a velvety red wine with spicy notes that impresses from the first sip. Its name is reminiscent of the dry soils of the Sahara, where the hot shirocco wind that caresses our coasts comes from.

Tasting note
The wine has an intense red color with purple reflections. In the nose Is fruity and floral, with notes of carob and figs, hints of elderflower and lavender. On the palate it is velvety, with notes of ripe red fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with semi-aged cheeses, baked pasta and meat ragout.
