About the wine
We have a special, strong Shiraz from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio al Sole conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The bouquet has a delicate pepper aroma, some smoke, thyme and rosemary, compact on the palate with blackberry fruit, fine cinnamon notes and a wonderful structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat dishes made from game, lamb and beef, cheese, - good conversation.
Vinification
After 18 days of maceration, half of the wine is aged for 16 months in new barriques and the other half in two filled barriques.
