Tasting note
In addition to aromas such as cherry, cassis and plum, there are also distinctive notes of pepper, tobacco, licorice and dark chocolate. Topped off with toasted brioche, lightly smoked bacon and orange peel. A classic Syrah.

Goes well with vegetables, BBQ, lamb, game, beef, stew.

100% Syrah, matures in barriques for 19 months.
